About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with development banks, helping them modernize their core processes by implementing SAP Fioneer’s industry-leading banking solutions. You will apply your expertise in digital transformation, integration, and banking-specific requirements to ensure seamless software deployment into client system landscapes. You will contribute to the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and long-term evolution of platform modules tailored for development banking, enabling banks to operate more efficiently and scale effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects.
- Experience within Financial Services is a plus.
- SAP expertise is not mandatory.
- Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
