About the Role
Develop and manage our social media strategy, focusing on META and TikTok, in collaboration with the Brand Marketing Team Lead. Plan and create engaging content, including Reels, Stories, and posts. Manage our community by responding to comments and messages. Analyze performance data to implement optimization measures. Collaborate closely with the Brand and Content teams from campaign ideation to execution.

Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Management, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, Ayurveda, yoga, or health sectors
- Creative flair for imagery, storytelling, brand aesthetics, and trends
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Later, and open to learning new ones
- Skilled in copywriting, with a good sense for visual ideas and design
- Affinity for beauty products
- Very good written and spoken German skills, and good English skills
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Exceptional communication, resilience, and a hands-on mentality with high motivation and strategic drive
- Confident teamwork and cooperation skills
- Independent, self-reliant, meticulous work style, and commitment
- Very good MS Office skills, ideally also knowledge of Adobe and graphics programs
