About the Role
The Restaurant Team Lead is the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver a "WOW" guest experience. This includes ensuring food quality and safety, executing guest service components, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and adhering to all JIB procedures and standards, the Service Profit Chain (SPC), and Brand Promise. Regular and prompt attendance is required.
