About the Role

Roscoe Mountain Club is seeking Full-Time Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Associates to join their team. This role involves maintaining the beauty and playability of a championship golf course, offering valuable experience in the golf industry. The position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Operate small equipment and perform general hands-on grooming of the golf course and grounds.
Keep all equipment in good, clean working condition.
Maintain a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
Report all equipment problems to the Mechanic.
Complete duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
Demonstrate courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
Obey all safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 4 hours without sitting.
Ability to consistently lift, carry and load adaptive and other equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds.
Ability to sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance.
Personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings and/or from using scaffolding.
