Responsibilities

• Audit inventory worksheets.
• Verify signatures, item totals, and amounts on inventory worksheets.
• Ensure all backup documentation is included for receiving, transfers, and sales exceptions.
• Prepare over/short reports.
• Retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry.
• Maintain reports and print required reports.
• Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets and cashier reconciliation sheets.
• Physically count inventory product in locations and tie back to inventory worksheets.
• Role model the company's guest service program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
• Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow job procedures and any manager's instructions.
• 50% sitting and 50% walking.
• Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required.

Skills

• Data entry experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction.
• Basic math skills.
• Data entry.
• Counting product.

Education Level

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
