Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls, and procedures.
- Validate and process guest voucher payments.
- Process tax paperwork for jackpots.
- Provide change for guests.
- Maintain a safe work and guest environment.
- Treat all individuals professionally and with respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Role model the company's guest service program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license.
- Previous experience working with and managing large amounts of money.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and swing shifts.
Skills
- Intermediate computer skills (e-mail, Word, Excel spreadsheets, data input, record keeping).
- Basic Math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently.
Education Level
- High school diploma or GED
