Supervise the performance of room attendants and general cleaning, taking appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
Inspect guest rooms, guest areas, and employee areas for compliance with cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
Adjust staffing levels daily and review employee assignments.
Communicate with Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor and order guest and cleaning supplies.
Manage administrative functions according to established standards.
Role model the company's guest service program.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent guest service skills.
Attentive and detailed oriented.
Ability to maintain a high energy level and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, including speaking effectively before groups.
Ability to train others.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic math skills, including accurately handling cash and processing sales transactions.
Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
Frequent walking and standing for entire shift.
Frequent climbing of stairs.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying.
Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of rooms and surfaces.
Weekends, Holidays, and swing shift work may be required.
