About the Role

This role focuses on coordinating the hiring of Associate Consultants and Consultants through the Experienced Hiring channel, working closely with recruiting teammates and internal/external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience. It offers broad exposure to recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment, playing an important role in keeping Experienced Hiring processes running smoothly and supporting candidates and interview teams.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly gain a strong understanding of recruiting systems and local processes
  • Support the CV screening process, keeping to deadlines and gaining screening expertise
  • Support the management of interview day logistics, including scheduling, creating interview packs, and organizing catering
  • Attend recruiting events and interview days, managing interview teams and serving as the point person
  • Support teammates through closing, including updating Avature and creating closing trackers
  • Support the organization of offeree events, including planning agendas, coordinating logistics, scheduling speakers, and ordering gifts
  • Prepare and send offeree gifts
  • Manage the EH inbox, ensuring efficient turnaround on candidate interactions and requests
  • Support project work on an ad-hoc basis
  • Take ownership of specific candidate events and presentations, including preparation and attendance
  • Source case study coaches and coordinate candidate coaching sessions
  • Support the updating and maintenance of data on key systems, such as Avature
  • Set up and organize Bain interview workshops, playing the lead recruiter role
  • Lead recruiter calls between 1R and 2R to support EH levelling recommendations
  • Manage the Hire a Friend (HAF) and referrals process for EH, including initial communications and outcome updates
  • Present ‘Star of the Quarter’ at an office meeting
  • Participate in “recruiter commitments” to assist other channels during peak times
  • Remain flexible and support other channels/individuals as needed

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, warm, and professional style
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Energy and enthusiasm for in-person, people-facing work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in professional services
  • Familiarity with recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Comfort working in a client-facing or candidate-facing role
  • At least two days per week working from the office
