About the Role
This role supports the Chief Talent Officer's organization, focusing on operational and strategic execution for the VP of Talent Strategy. The individual ensures critical forums run smoothly, tracks cross-functional talent priorities, and delivers work with strong judgment and independence.
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive agenda-setting, material compilation, and pre-read drafting for recurring CTO talent forums.
- Support broader firm forums by owning agenda material compilation, planning, stakeholder coordination, talking points drafting, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Serve as a connection and coordination point across talent sub-functions and regions to facilitate best-practice sharing and ensure alignment.
- Support the development and tracking of talent priorities by receiving inputs, consolidating information, and tracking progress.
- Manage the hiring exception process end-to-end, including innovating the process with AI tools.
- Support budgeting conversations and related financial tracking.
- Support the Highsight benchmarking effort by coordinating data gathering and synthesizing insights.
- Own the operation and stakeholder communication for the Attendance Tracking Dashboard.
- Serve as part of the PMO for the Talent Transformation initiative, tracking initiatives and potential savings.
- Support the implementation of future state operating model changes within the talent function.
- Support ad hoc projects as they arise and fit within the team's mandate.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Current or recent Bain consulting experience at the Senior Associate Consultant through Consultant level, or equivalent client-facing consulting experience, strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and commitments.
- Proactive and independent operator who anticipates needs and communicates proactively.
- Strong analytical capability with a hypothesis-first orientation.
- Ability to absorb, retain, and connect context across workstreams over time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft executive-ready materials.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort engaging across levels, functions, and geographies.
- High degree of professional judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI tools and process innovation.
- Deep knowledge of management consulting talent and business operating model preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- In Georgia, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $99,000 - $119,000.
- In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $104,000 - $125,000.
- In Massachusetts, California, District of Columbia, and Washington, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $114,000 - $137,000.
- In Illinois, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $109,000 - $131,000.
- Annual discretionary performance bonus.
