Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation of all served beverages.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Utilize the company point of sale system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Clean and restock the work area at the end of the shift.
- Understand the organization's goals and vision.
- Role model the guest service program.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to liquor laws prohibiting service to anyone under age 21 or anyone intoxicated.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
