About the Role

As a Manager within the Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team, you will partner closely with hiring managers, the wider ETR team, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a global network. You will be invested in raising the bar on recruiting tools and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels, and across different countries and offices, including roles in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and HR
  • Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders, bringing innovative recruitment strategies to the table
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through both established and new channels
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Regularly report recruitment status to leadership, your supervisor, and HRBPs
  • Check in with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust accordingly
  • Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature
  • Contribute to ETR team projects and help upgrade shared tools and resources
  • Take on other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments
  • Agile thinker who picks up new functional areas quickly and moves seamlessly across business functions
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management, with experience setting and managing expectations
  • Sound judgement, discretion and sensitivity, paired with the creativity to adapt to changing needs
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
