About the Role
As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of your counter and represent CAIA as a Brand Ambassador on the floor. In direct customer contact, you embody our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm. You inspire, create genuine connections, and develop long-term relationships with your expertise and trend awareness. In this way, you build a loyal CAIA community in Berlin step by step.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitoring relevant KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and average transaction value.
- Regularly analyze sales figures and derive targeted optimization measures.
- Strategically utilize new products and promotions to increase sales.
- Demonstrate products professionally and offer make-up touch-ups at the counter.
- Provide individual, type-appropriate, and trend-conscious advice.
- Ensure the highest hygiene and service standards.
- Authentically and convincingly represent CAIA.
- Actively build long-term customer relationships and develop a loyal customer base.
- Professionally and effectively implement POS activations, events, and promotions at the counter.
- Support product launches and ensure eye-catching presentation at the counter.
- Coordinate daily operations at the counter with your Beauty Consultant.
- Ensure high-quality merchandise presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as the point of contact for store management on operational matters.
- Ensure optimal product availability.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in stationary retail, ideally in the beauty or premium segment.
- Demonstrable sales success and a good understanding of key figures.
- Very good product and application knowledge in the area of make-up.
- Trend affinity and interest in current developments in the beauty industry.
- High service orientation and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships.
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage.
