About the Role

The Trade Desk is seeking a builder to bring clarity to complexity, create momentum in forming areas, and help a fast-moving commercial organization scale with purpose. This role focuses on improving how teams work, connecting strategy to execution, and using data to turn ambition into action, offering an opportunity to do impactful work.

Responsibilities

  • Rethink forecasting processes.
  • Support cross-functional go-to-market launches.
  • Partner with FP&A to stress-test the annual plan and quarterly targets.
  • Build the operating model.
  • Strengthen pipeline discipline.
  • Create reporting habits that empower teams.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, defining segmentation, capacity, and investment.
  • Partner with regional SVPs to build trusted forecasts and maintain pipeline discipline.
  • Remove operational friction to allow teams to focus on customers, growth, and impact.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable progress.
  • Coach and support team members to foster growth and meaningful work.
  • Future-proof AI automation for standard workflows, processes, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Strategy, preferably in ad tech, SaaS, or digital media.
  • Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, identity, measurement).
  • Proven ability to translate complexity into clear, practical operating plans.
  • Experience building trusted forecasting models.
  • Ability to guide teams through ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate detail into clear choices.
  • Focus on driving maximum impact.
