About the Role
This role involves overseeing projects and project teams, serving as the primary client contact, and delivering client presentations. You will also support the Team Director in managing the team, including appraisals, performance monitoring, and staff development. Additionally, you will contribute to business development by writing proposals and assessing new staff.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in market research
- Experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience in leading projects and client management
- A desire to progress business development skills with the aim of generating own clients
- Proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strengths in organisation and prioritisation
- Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues
- Communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion
- Highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress career
