About the Role
Drive net-new user acquisition for Hack The Box’s B2C platform by executing and optimizing scalable growth initiatives across creators, partnerships, paid/social campaigns, SEO, and other acquisition channels. Own the day-to-day execution, experimentation, and performance tracking needed to identify repeatable growth opportunities and continuously increase the volume and quality of new users.
Responsibilities
- Own B2C acquisition campaigns across relevant channels, including paid/social media, creators, partnerships, SEO, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Manage the creator and influencer pipeline end-to-end, including outreach, campaign briefs, negotiations, execution, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage partnership and affiliate initiatives, including onboarding, communication, campaign coordination, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Plan, launch, and evaluate growth experiments by developing hypotheses, defining KPIs, testing campaigns, and identifying scalable acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with external performance agencies where relevant, providing direction on campaigns and creative requirements while monitoring execution and ROI.
- Create and optimize growth content and campaign messaging that resonates with technical, cybersecurity-curious, and developer audiences.
- Track and communicate acquisition performance, using metrics such as signups, conversion rates, CAC, channel ROI, attribution, impressions, and campaign performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C growth, digital, performance, or consumer marketing, with a demonstrated track record of driving user acquisition.
- Hands-on experience executing and testing multi-channel acquisition campaigns, rather than solely owning high-level marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics and performance marketing, including CAC, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and campaign KPIs.
- Strong copywriting and campaign development skills, with the ability to create engaging messaging and adapt it to technical or cybersecurity-oriented audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, make decisions based on data and available resources, and use AI/tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Technical curiosity and comfort with technology, with an understanding of technical concepts and an interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, developer tools, or similar technical products.
