Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while ensuring department targets are met.
- Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and individual development.
- Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
