About the Role
As an AI Transformation Manager, you will play a central role in building scalable workflows and intelligent agent solutions. This position combines technical understanding with a business focus, prioritizing impactful use cases and ensuring that ideas translate into measurable impact, from initial pilots to stable company-wide rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously develop our AI tool radar, identifying suitable tools for each process and creating well-founded cost-benefit analyses and decision proposals.
- Analyze recurring company processes, prioritize them by impact and feasibility, and derive a clear implementation roadmap.
- Design and implement automations in areas such as Support, Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales, ensuring stable rollout in ongoing operations.
- Develop and orchestrate agent applications, structure task chains, integrate tool usage, incorporate human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure monitoring and guardrails.
- Be responsible for system integration and define interfaces to CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base solutions, as well as calendar, email, and other internal tools.
- Accompany projects from idea to rollout by designing, testing, evaluating, and documenting proof-of-concepts, and scaling successful approaches.
- Enable teams to use AI through training, office hours, playbooks, and the development of prompt and workflow templates, and build internal multipliers.
- Establish governance and quality standards, define guidelines for data usage and access, and ensure compliance with security and documentation requirements.
- Steer and measure the success of AI initiatives using clear KPIs such as time savings, throughput, error rates, adoption, and cost-benefit per use case.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or a comparable field, with a track record of independently managing complex automation projects.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in implementing automations, with in-depth experience in the Anthropic ecosystem, particularly with Claude, Claude Code, AI Agents, and Skills.
- Ability to demonstrate with concrete examples the AI and automation solutions you have developed that are currently in productive use.
- Hands-on experience in workflow automation using tools like Power Platform, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of agent concepts, especially in orchestration, RAG, tool use, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
- Ability to analyze processes structurally and translate them into clear inputs, outputs, and rules.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic prioritization, and delivery of solutions with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to foster acceptance and usage of AI solutions within teams.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
