About the Role
Join the Wohnbar AG team to actively manage and develop Berliner Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEGs). You will be responsible for the independent administration and support of WEGs, steering and overseeing real estate projects, analyzing and optimizing property portfolios, and supporting the development of sustainable solutions for challenging real estate projects. Accounting tasks are excluded, allowing full focus on professional property management.
Responsibilities
- Independent administration and support of WEGs
- Steering and accompanying projects related to real estate and WEGs
- Analysis and optimization of real estate portfolios
- Support in the development of sustainable solutions for challenging real estate projects
Requirements
- Knowledge of WEG and rental law (acquired through training or professional experience)
- Proficient in common office applications
- No cover letter required for application
