About the Role
We advise clients from medium-sized businesses to global corporations on all strategic issues related to the realignment of organizational and process structures. Whether the client's goal is efficiency or effectiveness optimization, we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally.
Responsibilities
- Support the consulting team in organizational and HR transformation projects for our German and international clients.
- Support conceptual and operational tasks within the project.
- Participate in the development and formulation of HR strategies and digitalization strategies and their operational implementation planning.
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on workshops for our clients in collaboration with the consulting teams.
- Independently conduct research on current trends, studies, and issues in personnel management, organizational development, and digitalization.
- Participate in the development of communication planning and measures.
- Support in the creation of proposals.
Requirements
- Currently in at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Psychology, or in a gap year.
- Interest in issues related to HR strategy, HR organizational development, HR reorganization, change management, and HR digitalization.
- Ideally, you have initial practical experience, preferably in consulting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of initiative and commitment.
- Structured and conscientious work style.
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English skills are required for our project work.
