About the Role
We advise nationally and internationally on all strategic issues concerning the realignment of organizational and process structures, both at the overall corporate level and specifically within the HR function. Whether the goal is efficiency or effectiveness optimization, we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally. Our focus areas include Organization Transformation, Workforce Excellence, and HR Excellence, working collaboratively across teams and topics with an interdisciplinary approach to develop the best solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategies into target operating models.
- Develop organizational and HR strategies.
- Analyze and benchmark (e.g., FTE, processes, structures, skills).
- Develop solutions based on data-driven evidence.
- Formulate clear recommendations for action, covering strategy, organizational design, data analytics/AI, and HR tech.
- Conduct demanding strategy and analysis projects.
- Design operating models and develop strategic personnel planning, skill, and role models.
- Optimize, automate, and harmonize processes.
- Take on conceptual and operational tasks within the team.
- Lead workstreams or sub-projects.
- Actively shape projects, including board proposals, change concepts, and project management.
- Contribute expertise to projects.
- Work on the further development of consulting tools.
- Develop service offerings and create new concepts for organization and HR.
- Utilize data, studies, and benchmarks for innovation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, ideally with a focus on reorganization, organizational models, or HR topics (e.g., HR strategy, HR TOM, talent management, HR tech).
- Sound conceptual skills, structured analytical abilities, and strategic perspective.
- Initial experience in independently taking responsibility for (sub-)projects or streams within comprehensive project structures.
- Ability to not only conceptualize solutions but also communicate them persuasively in presentations and workshops.
- Ability to distill complex content to its essence and develop tangible solutions.
- Strong presence, confident demeanor, and ability to communicate appropriately for the target audience.
- High level of commitment to teamwork, client success, and personal development.
- Proactive initiative and active contribution.
- Ability to remain clear and constructive even in challenging situations.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Fluent English skills for international project work.
