Responsibilities

Support multiple professors in developing, conducting, and ensuring the quality of courses in Data Science & Management.
Collaborate on the conception and implementation of training courses, modules, and further education formats with a focus on AI.
Assist in supervising students, including their final theses.
Contribute content and organizational support to the planning and execution of research projects.
Support the creation of research proposals (e.g., for funding programs from BMBF, EU, etc.).
Conduct scientific research and analyze current developments in the AI field.
Assist in creating specialist articles and organizing events.
Opportunity to lead own teaching units (tutorials, seminars) if interested.

Requirements

Successfully completed university studies (Master's or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or Business Administration.
Sound expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in GenAI, Agentic AI, and related technologies.
Strong didactic and conceptual skills for developing academic further education programs.
Ideally, experience in university teaching or academic further education.
Independent, structured, and reliable work style, as well as teamwork skills.
Native-level German language skills and fluent English are essential.
