About the Role
Finding, developing, and professionally supporting top executives is a core competency of Kienbaum. We know that only the right people make a company truly successful.
Responsibilities
- Independently acquiring new clients, including client support and project follow-up.
- Providing technical guidance and motivation to assigned research and project assistance staff.
- Actively supporting the Practice Group in developing, maintaining, and expanding industry-specific networks, coupled with professional relationship management.
Requirements
- University degree and several years of professional experience as a consultant in a personnel service company.
- Experience in acquiring and maintaining clients, with resulting industry knowledge in FMCG, Industry, Life Science/Medical Technology, Energy, Digital, or Public sectors.
- Ideally, possess a relevant network and contacts with key decision-makers.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and service orientation, along with a compelling and reliable demeanor.
- Exhibit high intrinsic motivation and opportunity-oriented thinking.
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills are required for project work.
- Ideally, have prior experience with generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
