About the Role

We advise nationally and internationally on all strategic issues concerning the realignment of organizational and operational structures, both at the overall company level and specifically within the HR function. Whether the goal is efficiency or effectiveness optimization, we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategies into target operating models.
  • Develop organizational and HR strategies.
  • Analyze and benchmark (e.g., FTE, processes, structures, skills, etc.).
  • Develop solutions based on data-driven evidence.
  • Formulate clear recommendations for action, covering strategy, organizational design, data analytics/AI, and HR tech.
  • Optimize organizational operating models (e.g., structures, processes, roles, etc.).
  • Focus on talent management, workforce transformation, HR IT, M&A/PMI, and carve-outs.
  • Take on conceptual and operational tasks within projects.
  • Assume partial or full project leadership.
  • Provide content-based guidance for clients and project teams in strategy development, function design, and organization implementation/transformation.
  • Continuously optimize consulting approaches, tools, and services.
  • Drive topics and provide relevant impulses for innovation.
  • Identify, structure, and solve problems.
  • Visualize content effectively on slides.
  • Navigate complex situations with skillful communication.
  • Manage client and team relationships effectively.
  • Actively develop and manage topics and teams, including within the organization outside of client projects.
  • Identify market and project opportunities for personal and team development.
  • Contribute to market development and acquisition of new projects.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting.
  • Experience in assuming partial or full project leadership in consulting projects.
  • Above-average successful completion of a Master's degree in business/economics, natural sciences, or humanities/social sciences, preferably with an MBA and/or PhD.
  • Native-level German language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to identify, structure, and solve problems.
  • Basic interest in analytical, data-driven issues and new trends.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to inspire.
  • Good command of language and ability to present content on slides.
  • Skillful navigation of complex situations.
  • Ease in client and team relationship management.
  • Professional presence and demeanor.
  • Open personality and resilience in changing situations.
  • Willingness to provide and receive feedback.
  • Proactive engagement in developing and managing topics and teams.
