About the Role
As an Executive Search Specialist, you will be a key part of our Professional & Executive Search Teams, identifying top talent for demanding placement mandates in close collaboration with our consultants.
Responsibilities
- Develop individual search strategies in close cooperation with consultants.
- Analyze target markets, competitors, and organizational structures, creating talent maps and market analyses.
- Identify and directly approach specialists and executives through various research and sourcing channels.
- Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, internal databases, and other digital and personal networks.
- Perform structured initial interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and personal fit.
- Create compelling candidate profiles and provide sound decision-making bases for clients.
- Collaborate closely with consultants throughout the entire search process and maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
- Continuously improve research methods and utilize modern AI-supported research and recruiting tools.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in executive research, active sourcing, recruiting, or management consulting.
- Experience in identifying and approaching demanding target groups.
- Proficient use of modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Xing.
- Analytical thinking, strong research skills, and a structured, self-directed work approach.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for inspiring people about new career opportunities.
- High quality awareness, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Openness to new technologies and ideally initial experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English are required for project work.
