About the Role
We advise nationally and internationally on all strategic issues concerning the realignment of organizational and process structures, both at the overall company level and specifically within the HR function. Whether the goal is efficiency or effectiveness optimization, we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally. Our focus areas include Organization Transformation, Workforce Excellence, and HR Excellence, working collaboratively across teams and topics to develop the best solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategies into target operating models.
- Develop organizational and HR strategies.
- Analyze and benchmark FTE, processes, structures, and skills.
- Develop solutions based on data-driven evidence and contextualize them.
- Formulate clear action recommendations covering strategy, organizational design, data analytics/AI, and HR tech.
- Optimize organizational operating models, talent management, workforce transformation, HR IT, and M&A/PMI.
- Undertake conceptual and operational tasks in project work.
- Prepare board documents for organizational transformation.
- Develop concepts for HR strategies.
- Perform targeted project management.
- Conduct continuous research on relevant and future-oriented topics.
- Exchange ideas with market and topic experts.
- Develop studies and concept papers.
- Continuously optimize approaches, consulting methods, and services.
- Question the status quo.
Requirements
- Interest in analytical, data-driven issues and new trends.
- Proficiency in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to visualize content clearly and structurally in PowerPoint.
- Presence and confidence in client interactions and within the team.
- Resilience in changing situations.
- Ability to handle feedback.
- Proactive assumption of conceptual and operational tasks in projects.
- Proactive development of topics.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
