About the Role

We empower our clients to manage unprecedented change. We work with public sector and healthcare organizations on topics such as digitalization, New Work, personnel and leadership development, and transformation and optimization of processes, so that leadership and culture meet the demands of our agile times.

Responsibilities

  • Support our consultants in various projects, e.g., in organizational analysis and development in public organizations, and in the creation of studies and scientific evaluations in various policy areas of federal and state ministries.
  • Assisting in the organization, execution, conceptual design, and evaluation of representative surveys, case studies, workshops, and interviews.
  • Research activities and support in writing reports and proposals.
  • Creating presentations and graphical data visualizations for clients.

Requirements

  • Currently in at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on economics or administrative sciences, e.g., Public Economics or Public Management (or related fields), and are among the best of your year.
  • Possess a strong interest in economic and political issues, as well as the specific characteristics and challenges of administration at the municipal, state, and federal levels.
  • Ideally, have initial experience in the public/political environment.
  • Have prior consulting experience and are comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Enjoy scientific work and can confidently handle qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proficient in using common software packages (especially Microsoft Office and potentially SPSS).
  • Native-level German language skills and fluent English are required for our project work.
