About the Role
We empower our clients to navigate unprecedented change, working with public sector and healthcare organizations on digitalization, new work, personnel and leadership development, and transformation and optimization of processes to align leadership and culture with the demands of our agile era.
Responsibilities
- Assist consultants in various projects, including organizational analysis and development in public organizations, and the creation of studies and evaluations in different policy areas for federal and state ministries.
- Participate in the implementation of evaluations and consulting projects, supporting evidence-based steering and further development of programs and measures.
- Support data collection through online surveys, interviews, and secondary data, as well as workshops with stakeholders from various sectors.
- Analyze data using sound statistical methods or qualitative social research methods and assist in developing practical recommendations for clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of results for decision-makers and the public.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Education, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
- Possess initial knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods and statistics (e.g., using R, SPSS, Stata, or similar tools).
- Work in a structured, independent manner with high precision.
- Interest in socio-political issues and working in the public sector.
- Native-level German language skills and good English language skills are essential for project work.
