About the Role
We empower our clients to manage unprecedented change. We collaborate with public sector and healthcare organizations on digitalization, new work, personnel and leadership development, and transformation and optimization of processes to ensure leadership and culture meet the demands of our agile era.
Responsibilities
- Support consultants in various projects, such as organizational analysis and development in public organizations, and in the creation of studies and evaluations in various policy areas for federal and state ministries.
- Assist in the organization, execution, and evaluation of representative surveys, case studies, workshops, and interviews.
- Contribute to the development of concepts and strategies.
- Conduct research and support the writing of reports and proposals.
- Create presentations and graphical data visualizations.
Requirements
- Currently in at least the 4th semester of a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in economics, political science, public administration, social sciences, or law (or related fields), or in a gap year.
- Interest in economic issues and working at the intersection of politics and business.
- Strong goal orientation and customer focus.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- High social competence, teamwork ability, strong initiative, resilience, and a sense of humor.
- Ideally, possess initial experience in the public/political environment, consulting, or academic work.
- Proficient in common software packages, especially Microsoft Office and potentially SPSS.
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English are required for project work.
