This role involves driving commercial success, transforming customer operations, improving AI capabilities, and providing internal legal support.

Responsibilities

Build and run demos that create a "wow" moment.
Join high-stakes prospect calls as the legal expert.
Run trials and workshops, onboarding customers to solve their use cases live with coaching.
Turn objections into use cases and interest into next steps.
Enable the Sales team to tell the legal story independently.
Act as a strategic sparring partner in onboarding, defining review requirements, tuning playbooks and prompts.
Show legal teams where Legartis delivers the highest ROI.
Turn individual learnings into scalable standards and documentation.
Prompt, test, and diagnose issues with the Legal Agent.
Feed customer learnings back into Product and Engineering.
Support Legartis as in-house counsel on contract reviews and specific legal questions.

Requirements

Ability to sell the product by making the customer succeed in front of their own team.
Ability to run a live demo with confidence, including customized, high-stakes demos and recovering from issues.
Ability to coach the customer hands-on during trials and hackathons.
Ability to turn objections into use cases by providing workarounds or workflow solutions.
Ability to speak at eye level with GCs and legal teams, asking sharp discovery questions and translating friction points into product capabilities.
Ability to frame value in the customer's language (ROI, risk, time saved).
Ability to always leave with a next step, converting interest into momentum.
Solid legal training and hands-on experience with commercial contracts from in-house, law firm, or legal tech.
Understanding of the 'why' behind a clause and ability to teach that logic to an AI and a customer.
Experience with LLMs, pushing them to their limits.
Experience with prompting and evaluation as a craft.
Ability to identify where AI systems break and how to fix them.
Ability to point to things built, launched, or driven.
Ability to run projects with multiple stakeholders.
Precision in communication, with a sharp prompt being more effective than vague instructions.
Excellent German and English language skills.
