About the Role

As an Auto Claims Representative III, you will investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex auto claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating and settling very large and complex auto claims.
  • Interpreting and applying complex regulations from various legislative requirements.
  • Handling very complex files in litigation using litigation management guidelines.
  • Working with clients and defense counsel on ensuring effective, timely and quality settlement of claims.
  • Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.
  • Providing exceptional client and claimant service in accordance with claims service and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Five years of claims or related business experience.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
  • Knowledge of auto policy wordings, legislation, regulations, and legal system.
  • Subject to a Background check as a condition of employment.
