About the Role

The Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will support the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst in managing international ticketing for shows across European and APAC markets within partnership agreements. This data-intensive role involves analyzing ticket sales, collating data, and requires strong numerical and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

Collate and report all tour sales figures within partnership agreements weekly and during on-sale periods.
Collate previous tour data for analysis.
Collate Inventory and Sales data to understand partnership delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing development of reporting processes, with an emphasis on AI development.
Provide general assistance and other tasks to aid the department.

Requirements

Some ticketing experience is required.
Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons.
Excellent literacy skills with proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues up to Executive board-level.
Strong attention to detail.
Combines analytical thinking with creativity for problem-solving.
Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily.
Familiarity with SQL and Tableau is highly preferred.
An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with enthusiasm for exploring and developing AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that can improve ticketing operations, data analysis, reporting, and team efficiency.
