About the Role

The Head of Digital Products will deliver industry-leading platforms, including websites and mobile apps for festivals and concerts, to drive engagement, first-party data, and ticket sales. This role involves leading project management, delivery, and maintenance of digital platforms, fostering innovation, and optimizing user experience and ticket sales through data analysis. The position also includes overhauling reporting dashboards, reviewing team processes and tools for efficiency and AI integration, and acting as a digital tech leader to recommend solutions that achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management, delivery, and maintenance of a portfolio of digital platforms.
  • Drive innovation and continual optimization of digital platforms.
  • Analyze results to optimize user experience and ticket sales.
  • Overhaul reporting dashboards and ensure data tech is continually reviewed and optimized.
  • Review processes and tools used across the team to drive efficiency and AI integration.
  • Launch websites and apps from scratch.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across events to recommend solutions that deliver business outcomes.
  • Create Digital Product roadmap with VP, Digital Marketing.
  • Lead relationships with digital agencies – internal and external to drive innovation.
  • Act as the in-house digital product lead, working with app partners to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on cross-team / global products.
  • Identify and audit external tools that would support existing products.
  • Develop AI innovation roadmap.
  • Project lead on new large-scale digital products.
  • Ongoing project management of build of websites managed in-house.
  • Ongoing project management of all festival apps with Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee all data tech implementation.
  • Rebuild reporting dashboards alongside internal teams.
  • Ongoing audit of data tech stack.
  • Analyze and implement continued improvements to platforms based on insights.
  • Line management of Digital Product team.

Requirements

  • Experienced digital product manager with a track record in managing and delivering projects from scratch.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing / auditing data tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in coding / data engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Confident data analyst.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Flexibility to accommodate change.
  • Demonstrate passion for the customer and what makes them click.
