About the Role
The Associate Technical Sales Consultant will join the Global Solutions Consulting team in Europe, supporting customers and partners in evaluating and implementing payment solutions. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional interested in payments, technology, and customer engagement, offering a career path in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and payment technology.
Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities by providing technical and product expertise throughout the customer and partner lifecycle.
- Participate in customer and partner discussions to understand business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews.
- Support solution discovery, onboarding activities, integration planning, and technical assessments.
- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, customer questionnaires, and technical documentation.
- Develop knowledge of payment products, APIs, gateway solutions, and integration methods.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Certification teams to resolve customer and partner enquiries.
- Continuously build expertise in payment technologies, transaction flows, security principles, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in payments, fintech, software, technology, customer-facing technical support, consulting, implementation, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
