About the Role
As a Room Service Waiter at Conrad London St. James, you’ll prepare orders, set trays, and deliver items to guest rooms, spreading hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their meal experience.
- Prepare room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery.
- Assist with order-taking and respond to room service phone calls.
- Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
- Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
