About the Role
CeFi - Bildung und Verständigung gGmbH is seeking interested applicants for a part-time, in-service training program to become an educator in their Kita Nusshütten facilities across Berlin. The program focuses on inclusion, green learning, language development, health, and diversity.
Responsibilities
- Engage with children and adolescents, adapting to their interests and needs.
- Develop professionally in the field of social pedagogy.
- Ensure equal educational opportunities for all children, regardless of background or language.
- Work 3 days per week in a practical setting and attend classes at the CeFi Fachschule for 2 days.
- Work a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 24 hours per week.
Requirements
- Admission to the CeFi Fachschule.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
