About the Role
Our program focuses on the individual, creating a learning environment that caters to your unique needs and strengths. Small class sizes foster a personal atmosphere and encourage intensive exchange with instructors and peers. This program provides not only knowledge but also values, with a strong emphasis on education, relationships, and development. The practice-integrated format (2 days/week at the school, 3 days/week at a practical placement) offers optimal preparation for a career in social pedagogy. You also have the attractive opportunity to gain practical experience in our own or other social pedagogical institutions. Career changers are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Attend our vocational school 2 days per week.
- Work in a daycare center or other social pedagogical institution 3 days per week.
- Earn a salary during your part-time vocational training.
Requirements
- General higher education entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) or
- Technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or
- MSA (Mittlerer Schulabschluss) plus vocational training
- German language skills at least B2 level (C1 recommended)
