About the Role
CeFi – Bildung und Verständigung gGmbH is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team in various educational facilities across Berlin. The role involves fostering a supportive environment where children can learn and grow, with a focus on language development, health, inclusion, diversity, and nature-based learning.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pedagogical work with a focus on language development, health and well-being, inclusion, diversity, and nature experiences.
- Create an atmosphere of appreciation and openness for children.
- Adapt to the needs and interests of children and families.
- Actively contribute to ensuring equal educational opportunities for all children, regardless of their background or family language.
Requirements
- State-recognized educator, integration educator, childhood educator, or equivalent pedagogical qualification.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
- Ability to meet children and families at eye level and adapt to their needs and interests.
- Willingness for professional development or existing additional qualifications in areas such as language support, inclusion/integration, nutrition, movement, nature pedagogy, or music education.
- Commitment to the principle of equal educational opportunities for all children.
