About the Role

Roscoe Mountain Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, lead the service team, assist with staff training and scheduling, maintain service standards, and partner with the General Manager to execute events and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader passionate about hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations.
  • Lead and develop the service team.
  • Assist with staff training and scheduling.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to execute events and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Provide excellence in products, services, cost controls, and sales in all areas of the Food & Beverage Operation.
  • Hire, train, direct, and supervise F&B employees.
  • Establish and maintain a F&B Manual reflecting service standards, food quality production, portion control, cost control, and State Health Department Codes.
  • Establish and maintain beverage procurement guidelines, Liquor Control Board requirements, and observe responsible alcohol beverage service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Prepare and submit weekly employee schedules and bi-weekly payroll summaries.
  • Adjust schedules to ensure efficient use of employees.
  • Promote, organize, and service F&B activities.
  • Attend and participate in weekly department and other periodic employee meetings.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily activity.
  • Manage and monitor daily accurate activity and financial requirements, ordering of products, stock levels, and monthly inventory.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure the facility is safe and presentable and that courtesy and efficiency are being exercised.
  • Protect the assets of the Club.
  • Operate within the guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by Hampton Golf.
  • Maintain Food Handlers Certificate.

Requirements

  • Culinary or hospitality degree OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical work.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
  • Ability to consistently lift, carry, and load adaptive and other equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds.
  • Ability to sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
  • Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.
  • Must be able to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
