About the Role
The position is being refilled due to an upcoming retirement, with a comprehensive and intensive onboarding phase ensured.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team, including professional and disciplinary leadership of 3 employees and 5 students.
- Operative implementation of central compliance regulations at the institute.
- Responsibility for the support and further development of management systems, particularly according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018.
- Coordination and further development of occupational safety in cooperation with the occupational safety coordination at HHI.
- Planning, control, and support of measures in the area of training and further education.
- Participation in the implementation of measures for climate neutrality.
- Coordination of data protection issues at HHI as an interface to central administration.
- Undertaking and processing of individual special tasks as well as cross-divisional projects.
