About the Role
We are drivers and pioneers for companies' compensation and management systems. Our portfolio covers everything from performance management to framework agreements, career models, and executive compensation, all the way to overall compensation strategies. We also offer our clients a range of internally developed digital applications, such as our compensation database, the Benefit Benchmark, or the Pay Equity Tool.
Responsibilities
- Direct impact in project work: From initial analysis to implementation – accompany exciting projects and diverse clients on topics such as performance management, benchmarking, overall compensation strategies, and top executive compensation.
- Exclusive learning: Responsibility in research, analysis, concept development, as well as in presentations, decision-making bases, and workshops.
- Innovation: Support with internal initiatives, input your own ideas, and jointly develop our portfolio.
- People & Team: Opportunity to mentor interns and working students and actively develop our team.
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Psychology, or Natural Sciences – ideally supplemented by a doctorate or MBA.
- Initial practical experience in management consulting, HR, or finance (e.g., through internships, working student positions, or initial professional experience).
- A passion for analytical questions, trends, and problem-solving.
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working with high attention to detail.
- Enjoy taking responsibility and setting impulses within the team.
- Ideally, you already have experience with generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
