About the Role
This Summer Vacation Scheme offers a realistic insight into working at a global law firm, involving participants in live work, client meetings, and networking opportunities. The program includes exposure to firm strategy, experience in different legal seats with supervision, a pro bono project, training sessions, and a client pitch exercise.
Responsibilities
- Involve participants in live work.
- Attend client meetings.
- Network with fee-earners of all levels.
- Provide a lunch with the Management Committee.
- Offer experience in two different seats with an allocated supervisor and buddy in each.
- Undertake a pro bono project.
- Provide training sessions on typical transactions.
- Develop key skills needed as a Trainee Solicitor.
- Facilitate participation in a client pitch exercise.
Requirements
- Must be available for the three-week scheme from Monday 14th June to Friday 2nd July 2027.
