About the Role
Support the demand planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by maintaining reliable demand forecast data in SAP IBP, coordinating cross-functional inputs, monitoring forecast performance, and enabling fact-based demand reviews and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly demand forecast data in SAP IBP in accordance with agreed timelines and planning requirements, including OP, forecast cycles, monthly LBE, and other required planning updates.
- Collect, consolidate, and organize forecast inputs from Commercial and relevant internal stakeholders for review, discussion, and alignment.
- Review sales and forecast data, identify variances, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues, and escalate relevant findings to the manager or appropriate stakeholders.
- Create and maintain regular reports and monitor forecast accuracy and related performance indicators to support demand reviews and business decision-making.
- Support the preparation of materials for IBP meetings and track and follow up on assigned actions resulting from demand planning discussions.
- Coordinate routine communication and information exchange with Supply Network Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant functions as required.
- Support new product launch activities from a demand planning perspective by preparing relevant data, tracking activities, and coordinating with relevant functions under appropriate guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of agreed changes.
