About the Role
We are enablers and pioneers for companies' compensation and management systems. Our portfolio covers everything from performance management and job architectures to career models and compensation for executives and supervisory boards, as well as overall compensation strategies. We also offer clients exclusive access to digital tools, including our TÜV-certified compensation database.
Responsibilities
- Support consultants in the conception, preparation, organization, and partial execution of consulting projects in the areas of performance management, benchmarking & grading, and top executive compensation.
- Provide organizational support and participate in client and internal projects, e.g., in the conception of bonus and management systems, grading structures, career models, organizational solutions, compensation analyses, and studies.
- Capture, process, and prepare quantitative and qualitative data for ongoing projects.
- Prepare labor market-relevant trends and forecasts.
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, economics, law, psychology, or natural sciences at a university and are at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or in a gap year.
- Ideally, have some practical experience in HR.
- Strong affinity for numbers and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong organizational talent, and initiative.
- Strong team orientation, an open and approachable personality, and enthusiasm for contributing creative ideas.
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English are required for project work.
