About the Role
We are a meeting place, exchange, and support center for families in all life stages. We offer an open space where families feel welcome, can connect, receive support, and contribute their own ideas. We are seeking a dedicated social worker for a part-time position, 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Consultation and support for families in various life situations
- Planning, organization, and facilitation of group activities and events for families
- Assistance with organizing courses, workshops, holiday programs, and other events
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with families and network partners
- Co-facilitation of the 'wellcome' project
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or comparable qualification
- Enjoy working with families, parents, and children, approaching people with appreciation, openness, and on equal terms
- Experience in socio-pedagogical counseling and support for families
- Good ability to handle diverse life situations, needs, and cultural backgrounds
- Structured, independent work style and resilience
- Additional qualifications or experience, e.g., in family counseling, early intervention, group work, or intercultural work
