About the Role
WaveSix is seeking a Deployment Strategist to transform AI ambitions into measurable business results. This role involves bridging clients and the engineering team, leading transformations from concept to impact, and ensuring AI solutions deliver tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify use cases that matter and back them with clear business cases.
- Ensure AI solutions are built, adopted, and measured.
- Act as the client's day-to-day counterpart, working closely with their teams and management.
- Uncover opportunities for AI to make a significant difference by understanding client workflows.
- Build business cases, prioritize ideas into a roadmap, and track value realization.
- Provide vendor-neutral advice on suitable AI platforms, considering data protection, security, integration, and cost.
- Turn ideas into pilots with product and engineering teams, and assist clients in scaling solutions.
- Shape AI strategies aligned with client culture and maturity.
- Run workshops to ensure client alignment and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts.
- Develop proposals from initial concept to completion.
Requirements
- Approximately 4-6 years of experience in consulting or a dynamic startup/scale-up within the digital, tech, or innovation ecosystem.
- Client-facing role experience.
- Hands-on exposure to AI implementation.
- Sufficient understanding of LLM-based solutions to assess feasibility, effort, and platform fit.
- Proven ability to independently own a workstream, manage delivery, and handle client communication.
- Capability to lead discussions with a client's management team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid business-case modeling experience, including building and defending business cases in Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Experience creating high-quality deliverables for senior stakeholders.
