About the Role
This role is for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Property Solicitor to join a successful and prestigious law firm experiencing rapid growth and winning a high volume of new business. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions, represent high-net-worth clients, and develop a great career away from the pressures of larger city firms. There is a genuine opportunity to run the department as a Head and manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Work on transactions of high value and complexity
- Represent high-net-worth individual clients and private companies
- Undertake cases including freehold, leasehold, lease extension, financing, refinancing, investment, and development
- Define option agreements and overage deeds
- Handle leases, sale and purchase, financing, joint ventures, portfolio structuring (residential and commercial), acquisitions & disposals, and commercial leases
- Work on current cases and bring in new business
Requirements
- 5 years + Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Ambitious Commercial Property solicitor
