About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting car purchases, vehicle valuations, and branch operations within our WKDA Purchasing Department, contributing to an outstanding sales experience in our branches.
Responsibilities
- Act as the host: take care of our customers and ensure a flawless service process.
- Create purchase agreements, including consultation and explanation of contract details.
- Handle vehicle deregistration, coordinate with logistics providers, and prepare purchased used cars for pickup.
- Support vehicle appraisers by conducting visual inspections of vehicles.
Requirements
- Career changers from gastronomy, hotel, and retail are welcome; initial professional experience in sales, purchasing, and/or service in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor.
- Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to assist in the workshop – no technical understanding required.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Initial experience with Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.
