About the Role
Join the Branch Network Team and be responsible for conducting car purchases, vehicle valuations, and branch operations for our WKDA Purchasing Department. In this department, you will contribute to an outstanding sales experience in our branches. As WKDA, represented in over 700 locations across Europe, we are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online valuation and extensive network of branches offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used cars.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers - you will support and advise our customers from the creation to the review of all contract details.
- You are enthusiastic about both administrative tasks and working with and on the vehicle itself.
- Conducting visual inspections, vehicle de-registrations, and preparing vehicles for our B2B and B2C business make your day varied.
- Check the vehicle condition and create an electronic condition report using our in-house developed app; you will buy almost every vehicle from us!
Requirements
- Career changers with commercial experience are welcome!
- You possess a driver's license Class B.
- With your service orientation, you create a positive buying experience and elevate customer satisfaction to the next level.
- Automotive knowledge, e.g., through professional experience as a car mechatronics technician, car painter, and/or car sales assistant, or initial knowledge in vehicle valuation is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours and openness as well as strong communication skills towards others.
- A 'Can-Do' attitude and a desire to work in an automotive environment.
