About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics as a Freezer Warehouse Operative in a fast-paced freezer environment with temperatures as low as -25°C. This role is vital to our operation and offers an active, team-oriented work experience. You will receive your work pattern up to 13 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack frozen products into shopping totes with care and accuracy.
- Ensure customer orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over.
- Must be able to handle meat and alcohol.
- Must be comfortable working in temperatures as low as -25°C.
- Must be able to travel to and from the site reliably for scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic rate: £12.93 per hour
- Freezer premium: an additional £1.00 per hour
- Night-shift premium between midnight and 06:00: an additional £2.67 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.25x the basic rate
- Performance-based incentive scheme for additional hourly premiums
