About the Role
Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Lead Chef to join our collaborative team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. As a Lead Chef, you will be leading a kitchen section, supporting team members in food production, presentation, and event execution. Join us to create memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead a kitchen section during high-volume service, driving collaboration and coordination with kitchen team members.
- Provide mentorship to Junior Chefs to support their development.
- Craft fine dining menu offerings using premium ingredients, applying knowledge of flavour profiles and seasonal produce.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, HACCP, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.
- Maintain Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef.
- Experience working with high-quality ingredients and premium food offerings within a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary culinary techniques.
